Panteleïmon Panagiotou is the Head of Unit Engineering & Natural Sciences, Information & Communication Technologies at the Bavarian Research Alliance (BayFOR). He originally studied chemistry at the University of Bayreuth and then obtained his PhD in the field of physics at the Technische Universität München. Afterwards he became a Postdoctoral research fellow at DESY in Hamburg (Germany), at ESRF (European Synchrotron Radiation Facility) and at ILL (Institut Laue-Langevin) in Grenoble (France) before joining BayFOR in 2007.
